Hello all! I decided to try this because a) I don't date people I work with and b) it is just time to try something new. I am not sure what will come of this, but why not? I consider myself an open-minded person. I really enjoy an engaging conversation. However, I'm not sure what my expectations are when it comes to online dating. And, just to throw this out there, I LOVE to dance, but don't expect a partner to. I practice dance and Yoga on my own. But, dancing around the house does occur often - it makes cleaning more fun for me. I suppose that sounds odd to a guy, but I am a girl! And, a girl is what you are looking for, right? If not, you have the wrong profile. Also, I absolutely have to be around people that can make me laugh! That is a wonderful quality!I suppose that I am now at a lose for words, but I will revise this later! This is kind of a "spur of the moment" decision to sign up on this site, so I suppose I must see how it goes before I write more. Oh yes, I have one son. That is it. First dates should, in my opinion, be somewhat low key. Dinner is always a good start. It definitely lets us know if we can carry a conversation. I think the first date all depends on the person and proximity. If you are close, perhaps just coffee; if you are a "jog" away, dinner may be more appropriate.
