So here are my general thoughts on online dating. I see this as quite simply a way of meeting people that you might get along with (and possibly date) who you wouldn't have met otherwise. I'm not a big fan of the whole, let's do all the small talk online or over the phone - isn't that what first dates are supposed to be for? Plus then, at least if there is no connection you haven't already used up all the easy topics! You can't keep me out of it whether I have a bathing suit or not. Just being honest. A campfire, good company, stars, my kiddos, and maybe a drink or so sounds like Heaven to me. (Not a huge drinker but not a bore either.) I am very driven and self sufficient. If I want something...I get it. I am looking for good company, possibly more. My hopes are to find that person that completes the vacant side of me. I have experienced all walks of life and grown from the experiences (for the better). My kids whipped me into shape. ;-). I am not judgemental, very compassionate, and understanding. I believe kindness is the key, after all...aren't we all fighting something? I love to cook. My passion in life. Makes me happy. I want to be that grandma everyone begs for recipes some day. I work out daily but I am not picture perfect. Exercise is important to me. Keeps my head clear.
