I'm the type of girl that really knows what she wants out of life. I work a lot but I do manage to make free time to enjoy myself and spend time with friends. I love hiking and being active. I also really like cooking, baking and reading!! I'm looking for someone who has a big kid job as well as goals and ambitions in life. I believe in marriage and would like kids someday and hope to find someone with the same values. Im a pretty shy person until I get to know someone. I love all kinds of music and I love to watch football and basketball! I love different kinds of art and I love to make things myself. I tend to be pretty independent too. Im far from a pushover but would rather walk away than to do or say something I will regret later. My personality runs the gauntlet from silly to serious and I tend to have a somewhat sarcastic sense of humor. I am VERY protective of those I call family and friends.I tend to look at things alot differently than most and I try to keep an open mind and not judge people for their pasts....because that's exactly what it is...the past. I dont think people should try to change others because then you change what makes up the person you were attracted to to begin with. I also like to try new things....within reason LOL! I think everyone needs their own friends and their own space or it can tend to wear a person down.I think the reason most relationships fail is because of lack of communication or people think that a relationship should simply "BE" rather than working at it.....if you want it to last you have to invest all of yourself and work hard to maintain it. I have been single for awhile. I needed the time to find ME again and to work on my self confidence. I found me and Im working on the self confidence thing. I dont sit around and whine about it...believe me...I tend to internalize rather than externalize things like that. I have two children who are my world, 1 girl and 1 boy. They both live with me full time and anyone who wants to e with me has got to be able to understand that I will NEVER put anyone before them....EVER. I have yet to get beyond a couple of conversations with someone without them lying or some other shady shit.....If you cant be honest in a phone convo I sure as hell dont want to meet your ass....REALLY!?! Obviously you are just lookin to get laid as well....piss off I got no time for that. Ya'll men need to get your sh*ttogether and stop treating every woman like the $2 street hoes you're used to sleeping with within an hour of meeting them! You have no respect for them or yourself and its pathetic. How would you feel if someone treated your daughter the way you treat the women you speak to?
