I'm not very good at talking about myself but here goes.....I love the outdoors whether it be at the beach, strolling through town, swimming at the pool, strolling through the flea market, a ride on a bike, just whatever sounds good at the time. I have my daughter's senior year to to get through, phew!!, and then she's off to find her own way. I hope I've been successful in preparing her for it...... I'm a pretty low maintenance kinda girl and appreciate spending time with that special someone, hanging out with friends, and teaching my daughter how to drive!! LOL That's a tough one... :) I enjoy all genres of music but don't watch a lot of tv. I do enjoy a good movie though, now and then. I am an faithful, honest and sincere person and am looking for those same qualities in a partner. I love to laugh and have a somewhat sarcastic personality. All in good fun though. :) I'm a modern woman with some old fashioned ideas about relationships. I am independent and work hard but want to believe that chivalry is not dead. I was not blessed with kids of my own, but I find little ones to be a perfect cure for a bad day, and they seem to find me equally entertaining. (Teenagers, well--they're a bit more of a challenge.) The more time I spend with my nephews and friends' kids, the more I realize what I'm missing. So don't be shy, dads--we'll get along just fine. :-)I've been quite independent for a lot of years now. As it turns out, it can get pretty lonely. I work evenings, but have long weekends, and would love to have someone to share them with. I recently bought a camp and look forward to fixing it up and spending lots of time there. There's even stuff to do in the winter. But I've got a motorhome, so we definitely have options! I've been accused of being a workaholic. This year I took serious steps toward changing that by taking more time for myself. Now I'd like some company...
