Physical activity, diet,and a connection to the higher source are part of bringing that perfect balance for me.Spirituality is important to me ,so if you believe there is something larger than yourself, that is at least a start. I have spent the last three years or more looking in the mirror..and no I don't mean my hair! But really looked deep inside. I spend time everyday in meditation and reflection.I have become a better person..( not that I was bad before!) with clearness, deeper understanding of self and life in general. I know writing few lines on here is not enough to really know a person.That happens over time ..so let's have some fun, and see where it goes from there.
