Please sign up here! My career keeps me away from home a lot, so generally this means independent types who like their "me" time would be a perfect match to me. I do have periods of time in Nashvegas to go out from time to time, but want to be honest about my availability.My family and friends are very important to me. Secular Humanist to the core. Some aspects of Taoism and Buddhism are wonderful but I'm by no means a practitioner of either. I've done mission trips to 3rd world countries and many other nice things for strangers and friends alike so not morally devoid : ).Stable, loyal, and not playing games. I'm basically not looking for an emotional project or to become one : ). Back from living in Japan for a few years and would really love having conversations in English for a change.... My work involves creating, caring for, and teaching others about the Art of Bonsai. Busy at times, but like to share my free time with someone special when home. I'd really like to find someone who likes some of the same things I do as I've found opposites attract for the first few years..... I love comedy and Zanies is a place I'm always willing to go. Tomorrow it could be People Under the Stairs and Outkast. I'm open to anything, but like coffee shops and other places we can actually talk without having to scream at each other. Women are allowed to pick first date activities : ). Perhaps a bit remote......We could meet at the Frist Center and try to outdo each other with faux hipster gear for a good laugh. Maybe we both prepare resumes and meet at Bread and Co. for an awkward interview date. I could hold a random sign up for you outside a bar and generate some buzz for your arrival to make for an extra big entrance. First dates don't have to be tense and scary. Odds are if you like what you read, at least one meal or event will be fun.

Well, I'm not much of a fan writing about myself so, in a nut shell, you won't find anyone that laughs more than myself. I work hard and play even harder. I love my job and though it can be stressful at times, I take pride in what I do, and do my best in making the streets a safer place.
