I'm a librarian, but I'm also outgoing, fun, spontaneous when you least expect it, socially active, and have a overall positive outlook on life. I'm also usually the person who makes a fool of themselves in a room of quiet people that don't know each other well to break the ice. I don't work in a public library (and probably never will***I'm actually a librarian on Bay Street and am loving the opportunities and challenges that my career provides on a daily basis!How am I not a stereotypical librarian? I'm also pretty darned technology proficient, though this is becoming more common for librarians. Yes, I do have a cat and love to read.
