I am a Navy Vet, served 5 years as a military police (MA) overseas and stateside. I have a beautiful daughter who is my world. I've spent the last couple of years in school pursuing my dream of becoming a nurse. Trying to find time for a relationship has been a challenge, but I'm gonna put myself out there and see what happens. I work a lot and rarely have time for myself. I'm really a funny person, but you really have to get to know me to figure that out. I do not have the skills of putting "myself" into writing.

How much can you really reveal here? I can not tell you all of who I am, and you can not get to know me from this tiny box. But here is a little about me.I am kind, compassionate and loyal. The best friend anyone could have. I care and I show it, one might say I wear my heart on my sleeve. Clearly that can be a good and a bad thing. I have a stable job, a pretty good roof over my head, a decent car and I pay my own bills. I am not looking for someone to take care of my responsibilities. I also am not going to take on yours. I am looking for a relationship, my end goal is to meet and share my life with my best friend. That doesn't mean that I don't want to have fun and meet new people along the way. After meeting a few people on here, I find it sad but necessary to say that a big part of what I am looking for is someone who is normal. We all have our problems and baggage, but normal shouldn't be too much to ask. The company is what matters in first date.
