I'm not very good at writing about myself, and Internet dating intimidates me, so here it goes:I am very laid back person who loves spending time with family and friends. I like the Cowboys, Rangers, and Spurs, but I'll root against then anytime they are playing the Lions, Tigers, or Pistons. I'm a very stable person. I have worked for the same company for 33 years now, raised a wonderful son, and I own my own home. I have learned to be very self sufficient over the years so when it comes to a relationship, I don't 'need' a man to take care of me, but I want to share my life with someone special.HONESTY, communication, integrity, and faithfulness are important to me and I would like to meet someone with those same values.What I'm Looking For:I'm looking for someone who is outgoing and who can make me laugh, but also has a serious side. If you claim to be in the military and are stationed overseas, DO NOT ask me to send care packages containing money, cell phones, t- I have the utmost respect for our men and women in our military, so I do not appreciate someone who tries to be a military imposter. I know what I'm looking for I am too old for head games, so if that is part of your game, please don't contact me. If you are only interested in texting or ***, I'm not your girl, I'm not interested in having a cyber relationship. If we can't have a phone conversation or plan to meet within the first couple of weeks, lets not waste each others time. I don't believe in love at first sight and nor do I believe you can fall in love thru texts or IMs, this is something that you have to work on, face-to-face, but I do believe in immediate chemistry. The first 'date' is really a meet and greet so somewhere we can enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink and have a conversation without too many distractions. Its the 2nd date that matters, if it gets that far.

Hi, here you are, so let me tell you a bit about myself. I generally get right to the point so this will probably be pretty short and sweet. I am always open to new things as long as it's with someone who I enjoy being with, that's what makes it fun. That being said here are some of the things I like to do, ride horses and bikes, I like almost anything that takes me outside. I prefer warm weather but I like to ski too. Hiking, swimming, gardening, cooking in or BBQ outside, eating out, dancing, movies or plays, concerts, (mostly rock) and even ballet (my daughter danced for years so I became interested in it). I enjoy museums and the zoo, too. I also love to travel.My kids are older now and don't need mom so much so I have more time to give to someone else, hopefully someone loving and kind. When meeting someone from the internet for the first time I think it would be a good idea to keep it simple. Maybe just meet for coffee, ice cream or a drink.
