The number one thing on my bucket list is to skydive. I'm extremely interested in history and would like to travel the world some day to experience the different cultures and lifestyles. I'm also a firm of believe its not always what you do but who you do it with. The most important things I'm looking for is a best friend and someone that makes me smile & laugh . I'm also looking for someone that knows how to enjoy life and not always take it too serious because no one is getting out alive. Even can be a little crazy and willing to walking on the wild side occasionally. I also want someone that wants me as I am flaws and all therefore doesn't try to change me because no one is perfect. I love to camp, go hiking, fishing, gardening and just about anything outdoors. I do enjoy sitting down to watch a movie or two on those rainy days. I stay very busy with my 2 children, they are 16 and 14 and are the world to me, so their needs come first. They are very athletic and I support them in everything they do. I never miss a game! I'm the first person they look for at their games, because they always know I'll be there even if they are not starting. I work in the medical field and love my job. I work full-time, starting my second year back to school to get my Nursing degree, and work a second job. I also like the Dalai Lama's work including The Art of Happiness, Ishamel, books on past lives, books by Chuck Klosterman, especially Killing Yourself to Live, Wild by Cheryl Strayed, etc. I read mostly non-fiction, especially biographies. Currently, I am reading the book, Outliers. I love, love movies! Classics include Shawshank Redemption, I am Sam, The Outsiders, Dead Man Walking, Into the Wild, Do the Right Thing, and so many more. As far as music, I love a whole range of artists. Blige, Adele, etc. I really love 90s alternative. What can I say, I am a GenXer. It would be nice to get to know someone and get together for a movie, concert, or dinner. For a first meeting, I think something casual like a bookstore or coffee shop is best.
