I try to be healthy and active and eat right most of the time, but I'm not fanatical so I make allowances for enjoying pizza, ice cream and chips and salsa from time to time. I believe in balancing out the weekdays and a more disciplined lifestyle with the weekends and a more casual and relaxed attitude.
