Well what to say, I'm single I wouldn't be here otherwise lol..-) I'm honest, trustworthy, I'm not a player or on here just for a quick thrill, I don't mess people around, never have done never will, it's just ashame not everyone is like that. I'm just looking to meet someone to share time, interests, new experances and build a meaningful loving caring relationship, isn't that what we all want? I have a good network of friends that I socialise with, if going out I prefer a good pub to a club, gave up clubbing a long time ago! When I was younger I did a lot of traveling and spent time abroad, I still travel now, but not as often and it's normaly a work trip, but I still enjoy visiting new places and experiencing different culturs. I like camping and traveling in the UK but haven't done a great deal of that in the last couple of years and want to do more. I try to keep reasonably fit by running for fun, trail and road with the odd race challenge ect thrown in for good measure, I'm not a loan runner I always run with a group, I just prefer that.) lol... I enjoy being outdoors for walks as well as runs, and do some Geocaching to add another dimension to a walk, run or a trip somewhere, all normally followed by a pub ;-) I'm not a sit a home in front of the telly type of person so have no interest in soaps, X factor, big brother ect, I would rather be outside doing something active!! I'm looking for someone with similar interests, intelligent, tactil, caring with a good sense of humor and personality. I am not looking for a materialistic, shallow shopaholic.Ideally I'm looking to meet someone locally, I've done long distance relationships, and for me they don't work.Message me if you want to know more :-)If I don't return a message, it's because I don't think you're right for me, there's someone for everyone, that's what I've been told. Knowing what makes you tick goes someway to finding the right partner I imagine, physical attraction is important, so I try to keep fit with jogging or long walks with the dog! I'm lucky as I live near the river so can lose myself in the back of beyond every day *** a sweaty old gym I eat well n organise my life to allow minimum frustration, drama doesn't appeal, but does have a nasty habit of finding me at times !bitterness is ugly n I can't be around it, as is spite n resentment though it takes a better man than me to have these all beaten,i can claim i recognize their harm ! Honestly? I have little experience with children so more than two would probably overwhelm me ! I fill my days with humour where possible, world events fresh air, film, football! ( I can tolerate soaps lol )finances, as i aspire to be cash rich without working too much ha it's a hobby! Things I miss regularly, floating in a warm sea, weightless, looking up at a blue sky, that buzz u get when u first hear a track that really does it for you, and a harmonious relationship where I might wake up on a cold night entwined n content ! A picture is obviously quite important, as is a fair likeness to it! Embarrassing n pointless otherwise! I know mine are a bit rubbish but having someone take photos of me when I'm out seldom occurs to me! I'm not looking for someone, in to all the same things I am, just trying to build u a picture so u might see me better! What u see isn't always what u get, complexities of mind n life offer many different scenarios, A picture n a few words can’t possibly define us! How we handle setbacks rather than success is ultimately what matters n to my mind, supporting each other when your down is the foundation a strong relationship is built on ! Snobbery is a particular turn off! The lack of diplomacy some women show in pursuit of their perfect partner seems to me self defeating n off putting to the perfect guy but hey that's just my opinion tee hee reading this back its a little short on laughs I promise u two hours after I get up I'm a barrel of em !I like curvy dark women but chemistry trumps all templates for happiness! Passions n desire runs deep in me ,I prefer to think im searching rather than avoiding commitment in the meantime i ll think myself happy n believe in fate n try to positively affect all the inbetween s ha ha good luck n happy fishingP.S. Im 44 dont seem to update on my b/day hate the awkward silence n resentful look when i fess up ! A stroll snatching stolen glances!!....
