What to say, does anyone read this? I say not but here goes, I am a pretty simple person who has a great job, an amazing family, pretty fun friends but I am missing someone special in my life. I was married for 10 years and divorced for 5. While I have no children I do have wonderful nieces and a godchild and feel pretty confident I can handle anything they throw at me. You should also know I have two Shih Tzus (furry little dogs...lol) that have no plans on moving out any time soon. My kids with fur can however stay with my parents at a moments notice if I decide to take a last minute vacation :). I love my jobs, yes I have two,it keeps me busy and grounded, am always taking a class here and there to keep my mind sharp. My family lives at the beach, its tough to have to visit in the summer but someone has to, my friends are crazy and wonderful, my parents are still married after 54 years, they give me hope in a happy ever after. I like my gyms, (yes both of them), reading and probably have too many pairs of shoes but that is my only vice so I would say that isnt so bad.I have no drama in my life and dont tolerate people who do. I am looking to add some fun and joy and excitement to my life not complicate it. To have a date for dinner, a gym partner and someone to call at the end of the day. Well the wine bottle wont talk to you but I will. Wine a little..and you will feel better. Anyway, i do like wine and it does seem to make a moment relaxed and a little daring to have a conversation. Not that I can't do that without wine, but i do like it. It's even healthy for you in small amounts. So if you want to meet and have a glass of wine and perhaps dinner if we can still talk, that would be good. The classy side of me likes to listen to a live jazz or blues at a restaurant. However I like the fun music too. I like all kinds of music old and new. Not so much a country girl or heavy metel, but anything that is truly sung with true emotion and calamity is what I like. Got a bicycle? I've done some fishing but unfortunately I prefer someone else to clean the fish-I would if i had to. Hike, bike, tube, canoe, kayak...love it all. I absolutely love cooking over a campfire. I'm very capable. I'm the persone to "go to" if you forgot something to bring. Ask me more.My goal is to find someone who is on the same page with me and likes to do things. I used to frequent the bars being single and I am so turned off by that whole business at this time in my life. Not that I don't enjoy going out for one here and there once in awhile, but would rather be doing something more useful and constructive. I really want to meet someone iniatially to date and see if it develops into something. I want to give love and be loved-what everyone wants. Well, like I said about the wine, wouldn't mind having one on a date. I promise I will not get drunk or silly like that. A wine tasting would be an excellent idea. But certainly don't need to spend a lot of money on just a date so I would rather keep it simple. Could go out for coffee or a lunch outside by the water (when it is warmer out). I'm pretty new at this so...i don't plan on anyting too extravagant. You could always meet me camping somewhere also. Your ideas?
