I'm not much of a traveler, so if you are looking for a world traveler I just don't get that kind of time off from work.. I like day trips though. I don't need to travel to enjoy life, sometimes it's the little things that make life complete.The qualities I look for in a man are able to hang a basic shelf, Intelligence, open-minded, easy going, no more than 2 tatoos, and I prefer none, likes good conversation and likes me of course! I am not into the life of the party men. I'm pretty easy going and a go with the flow type of woman. What I don't like is a man who is constantly watching sports, a little bit of sports is OK, but a lot of sports is not someone I want...It sure would be nice to find someone to go out with from time to time or preferably on a steady basis, however it turns out! I like going to the movies, bowling, eating out and generally hanging out and getting to know the person.I have a cat, so any man who is allergic to cats or dislikes cats, I don't want to date. I might have a few cat hairs on me! Being compatible is important and someone who doesn't like cats would be a deal breaker.Hobbies: Watching Investagation Discovery Channel, Movies, Bowling, Badmitton, ping pong, reading, surfing internet, watching ice skating on tv..Not into watching sports..***************************************************************************************************************My tastes in music: I like just about anything but jazz. Where to begin... I have two girls, 17 and 13. They keep me pretty busy although my oldest is now at college so I only have one to keep up with. It was a difficult decision but I felt I really needed a change and I was hoping to further my career. So far, no regrets. I've discovered it's a little harder to meet people and establish a circle of friends as you get older. I grew up in the country, was a bit of a tom boy with a wild streak as a kid. I've learned to tone down the wild streak. lolIt's important to me to stay in shape and I try to get to the gym at least 3 or 4 times a week if I can. Relaxing usually consists of some TV time, a movie, a good book, going to the beach if it's nice out, hanging with friends.Some of my favorite things...going to concerts, sitting around a fire, being with people that make me laugh, adventure, thunderstorms, snuggling, sleeping in, long weekends, beach vacations. Most of my friends don't have the same taste in music as me. My favorite are bands like Three Days Grace, Seether, Nickelback, 3 Doors Down.& newer stuff too. but I like a wide variety and love to hear live music. For the most part I really enjoy my work. It can get intense but I don't "bring it home". There are times I need to talk about it so I hope you're a good listener. Don't worry I won't drone on for hours. I like being around positive, upbeat people - no time or energy for drama and pessimism. I believe for a relationship to be good...it should be built on trust mutual respect and good communication. That being said - nothing beats chemistry - it's just got to be there. Yes...the pictures are recent.It's hard to write about yourself...I'm much more interesting in person. lolWhat I'm looking for: A man who conducts himself with integrity and confidence; self-confident but not arrogant, willing to take the initiative but not be controlling, has a great sense of humor ( can tolerate my sarcasm/wit and give it back); is supportive and "has my back" so to speak.
