Dinner at a locally owned restaurant (one of those perfect hole in the wall's that only the locals know about) is a great way to spend time talking, relaxing and getting to know each other. I prefer the casual/laid back environment where I can get to learn about a person, rather than putting on airs at a fancy restaurant and trying to keep up appearances. I would rather meet YOU, not the person you present to the general public.
