Hello! Thank you for 'swimming' by. I am new to the area and I am looking to meet people and find out more about the city. I can find a friend in most people but I am looking for that special connection that doesn't come around easily. I am very real and very honest. I have ample free time but choose not to spend that time getting sucked into drama. I say what I mean and mean what I say. If you get 'butt' hurt easily then we might not get along... lol. Lol. I have a job, I pay my bills. I have two critters (dog and cat) who are my two best friends. I like to go out on the town or attend events as much as I like to snuggle in at home. I'm health conscious and always working on better lifestyle changes. I would struggle being with someone who didn't try to take good care of themselves. I must tell you that I am a single Mom of 2 awesome kids they are 9 and 6 years old. I work full-time and I always seem to be on the move during the work week, however at the end of the day I want to share my life with someone special. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I am working on getting myself back into shape. I love my Zumba class and shaking my booty with the awesome music :). I enjoy all types of music from Rock, Country, Pop, 80's and Alternative. If I'm not at work you can catch me in jeans, tee-shirt and flip flops most of the time. I enjoy cooking and baking so usually holidays are at my place. I love going to Theme Parks and walking on the beach. I would love to travel outside the U.S. just to experience another culture. I'm really not into the Bar scene. I enjoy going to DC and visiting the different Museums and making a day of it. A first date can be tricky so I'll give a couple options. 1. A picnic lunch at a local park sounds nice. 2. Since, football season is here maybe a drink at a local sports bar while watching the game.

The man I'm looking for would be kind, compassionate, sweet, loves kids and in tune with me. but would also need to be a man's man, good ol country boy who works hard, puts family first, you know the kind of guy with rough hands..
