*DISCLAIMER*~After a few unfriendly *** the following content and its blunt approach, I thought I should start off by mentioning I'm NOT a pompous a** (I promise!)... I just think these things should be a little more informative and (for better or worse) HONEST, than most peoples seem to be so that's the approach I took in writing mine... Otherwise what's the point?~How I Think:-I'm accustomed to being the smartest person in any given room but love it when I'm not because I thrive on intellectual challenge. I'm sarcastic as all hell but at least I'm witty and original about it. I'm outspoken and believe if you're not gonna like me then at least you can respect me for speaking my mind and actually having an opinion. I'm more sensitive than most would think by initial impressions and care greatly for others. I don't make promises I can't keep and my biggest peeve is a hypocrite. I work VERY hard and while may I do well for myself, my motivation is the unique pride, confidence, and sense of satisfaction I derive from excelling at my profession, being counted on / always delivering, and knowing I'm not easily replaced. That outlook has made the financial rewards a natural result rather than a driving cause. All that means NOTHING to me though relative to what it means to me when being in a position to truly change the life of another has provided me the opportunity to for ***, mentor someone who I've recently hired and see them go from crying in my office because he is ashamed of needing an advance on his pay in order to put diapers on his baby and food on his table, to only 5 months later being in a position to start thinking about his first home ownership and what it would mean to his family. If I die tomorrow I want to leave more behind than an accumulation of material bulls***. I will do ANYTHING for ANYONE who is willing to put the same effort into themselves and have no respect for selfish people no matter how grand their personal/self-serving achievements. My Turn ON's:-Appreciative (I spoil those I love, often this becomes taken for granted and when so immediately shuts down that side of me)-Taking pride in your appearance without being consumed by it-Affectionate-INTELLIGENCE-Sarcasm-Outspoken (a strong woman who has an opinion doesn't scare me)-OPEN MINDED-NON-JUDGEMENTAL-Driven-Takes a joke (even better if you can jab back)-ORIGINAL because your confident NOT because you try to stand out-WITTY/CLEVER (probably my biggest turn ON)My Turn OFF's:-Selfishness-Insecurity-Saying what you THINK I want to hear-Laziness-Obesity (NOT saying you should be a toothpick, just not unhealthy... But thanks to everyone who shot me those hostile *** I clarified that. Glad you all have free time to burn on that sorta' nonsense) -Thinking chivalry is "cheesy"-Mental Midgets (dumb blonde is bad, sharp blonde is irresistible)-Initial *** even a complete sentence, much less anything stimulating or worth basing a response on-Dis knd a dum an stpd Gramma -Asking how much money I make-DISHONESTY-Thinking your smarter than me or talking down to me because you have a piece of paper from a university on your wallA Quick Side Note: -Despite my many talents, I CAN'T read minds. Viewing my profile so I can see you did and hoping that will generate an *** if I'm interested, is not as effective as you might think. Even if you're not my "type" I'm not afraid of just making a friend. It's a website for Pete sake, how painful can any potential "rejection" really be?... Don't ask, don't get. You have to risk failure to taste success....
