After retiring, I moved to Bend, purchased some haying equipment (tractor, mower/conditioner, baler, etc) but ended up going back to school rather than doing custom haying for folks in the local area.Among friends, I love telling jokes and making people laugh.When all is quiet, sitting in bed watching a good movie is a great way to finish the day. That, and a slice of cheesecake (one of my weaknesses in life...hehehe.)I'd be thrilled to find someone who is in descent shape and so could go do things with me such as snowmobiling, dirt bike riding or building things with me. I'd much rather do things WITH my family as opposed to doing "my own thing." After talking on the phone and/or sending ***, a nice sit-down meeting somewhere would be nice. We could introduce ourselves and plan a snowmobiling adventure. I have some great sleds and an enclosed trailer, so we would be quite comfortable getting things going. I love teaching others how to ride and watch them become great mountain riders.After a day of snowmobiling in the mountains, a nice dinner at Izzy's (one of my favorites places to eat), watching a DVD or On-Demand movie sounds great. We could also talk about the fun we had snowmobiling and look at some videos I'll have made while we snowmobile (helmet cam).When the weather warms, a boating trip to the lake, floating the river or riding the river on sea-doos. Dirtbiking if you've ridden before (don't want to injure you!). A nice walk on a mountain trail to see what we can see is always fun (and kid friendly too)!If this sounds interesting, we might have a lot of fun together!
