I’ll never understand the people that come on these dating websites, put literally no information on here, and then expect people to be all about them. You’ve literally said nothing about yourself. Imagine going on a real date like that: “So, tell me a little about yourself.” “No.” “Uh… Okay… Umm… I like your hair.” “Leave me alone.” Doesn’t really make much sense, does it? As for me, I’m an ardent atheist, I’m very liberal, and my favorite color is black. I have a lot of tattoos and will have more as time goes on. I’m very creative, if not “eccentric”. I spend most of my time reading, writing, and learning. I’m finishing up editing the final draft of my first novel right now. I took the personality test on 16personality.com and got ENTJ or “The Commander” personality; and have been told by more than a few people that I come across as kind of intense. My sense of humor is pretty abrasive, or offensive, whichever term you’d like to use. I’m actually a pretty nice guy though, once you get used to it. I own my house and have an impressive stock portfolio. Ironically enough, I dress like I’m in a 90s grunge band. Consequently, my favorite band is Pearl Jam, followed by Nirvana. All of my past relationships have been long-term. Three or more years. They just fizzled out, I guess. Except for my last one which only lasted for five months. But it caused me to have some strange and deeply spiritual and emotional realizations. So I think it was worth the experience. Overall, I like being in a relationship and am not interested in short-term flings. I’m also not embarrassed to admit I like cuddling. It’s important to note that I’m retired from the military for epilepsy and don't drive. The medication I take keeps it under control, but not entirely, so there’s always a small chance of me having a seizure. But technically everybody has a small chance of having a seizure, mine’s just a little bit bigger. But it’s a good idea to put that in my profile because it obviously will affect people’s decisions. I have a reputation for being brutally honest; or a dick, depending on who you’re talking to. No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth. But I would rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I’m not. As far as my atheism goes, it's very important to me. But because of my last relationship, and through no fault of my own, I've come to believe in certain things and am convinced there is such a thing as soul mates. I believe in duality. As, ironically enough, half of my tattoos demonstrate. And I am looking for that certain person who is looking for someone who believes something similar.
