The glacier is glowing as though lit from within by this liquid blue light and continues to mutely shine after the sun sinks. Helicopters are constantly landing and leaving, sometimes bringing me, and it feels like random heart beats taking up temporary residence in my chest. Everywhere there are piles of gravel from past glaciers, past times. I feel as though I've stepped out of now into another era and the thwup thwup of the ***disturbs my peace.First outdoor solitary camping of the year. Nice fire, wrapped up in my sleeping bag and a tarp, all good, then at 3am wolves howling all around. Seems to be a theme! A little unnerved this I chased a wolf out of the yard in my slippers this morning!I am a seeker of many things...
