I'm 38 and never been married and have no kids. (Red flag! Red flag!) No, I've just chosen to not get married to the wrong person. I'm not a partier but do drink socially. I don't care if someone else drinks (within reason). I graduated from UNC so I'm definitely a Tarheel fan. I'm also a Panthers fan (yeah, I get it, we're not that great) and like going to games. I love the atmosphere,energy, and tailgating. I also love any live music, movies, random weekend trips, wine bars, trying new restaurants, my niece and nephew, anything near the water, grilling out, and pretty much anything outdoors. I'm not a couch potato at all, but I do like renting a movie and staying home...especially with good company.Other than that, I guess I'm like everyone else on here - looking to see what's out there and maybe meet someone I have potential with. I love Fantasy, Sci-Fi, Comedy, Mind Bender's, Horror, Drama, Historical, and just good story-telling whether it be fictional or not. I always try to love all those that come across my path. I always follow my heart, and I always remember that life is a gift and we must cherish every day. I know I am not perfect, I do and will make mistakes, and will not always make the right choices, but I will always try and be real to everything I am involved with. I am working to better the life I have and put aside all the things from my past that have hindered me. I'm not playing second fiddle to anyone or anything ever again, and I am not settling. The near future could prove to be very interesting... Something that doesn't necessarily conform to what is considered the "typical dinner, and a movie" 1st date....I like to be inventive, and for someone else to be as well. Something, where we can definitely talk, and get to know one another. Communication is key.

Nothing like a hammock, bonfire good food, music and great wine or tequila ;) Am Involved with a few charities and volunteer. Have always had a love for animals. Have a half Lab half Pitt mix give him a wet stick and he's totally happy. Have been surfing since I was 6 years old so If you love the beach and boating? Great! Not looking for a surfer girl however always willing to teach. Traveling? Definitely! Weekend getaways? Absolutely! Going out and about to attending events or hanging at home cooking/ordering food with a movie. Family and friends are very Important to me laughing having fun and living It! Lets make It happen!
