Looking for a new way to meet people outside of the routines of life. I'm a Graphic Design Specialist Marketing Coordinator by trade and run a small design company on the side. I have two BFAs and a Minor but decided to back to school a years ago to purse an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Print Production, though working full-time might turn the AA degree into a long-term pursuit. I don't really describe myself very well on these things, so I guess I would do better at describing what I'd like in another person. Honesty and trust are crucial but aren't something that you find overnight...trust has to be earned on both sides over time. Family and future are also important. Family means everything to me and my desire to succeed comes from my desire to care for my family in the way that they deserve to be cared for. I'm not a perfectionist, but I try my best and love the same in others. I'm not looking for a one-night stand, so if that's your mission...please don't bother. While I am open to different types of guys I am not now nor will I ever be interested in a long-distance relationship. I've done it in the past and it's just not for me.....if you hate this town and can't wait to leave...we won't be a good match. There's a whole list of things, but I remain willing to look at myself. I have taken time to look at my past and present behaviors and progress as I learn life lessons. I feel I have come a long way. One KEY thing about me... I do NOT drink. Nor do drugs. I still have plenty of fun I just remember it all now. *smile* I also try my best to live an honest life of principles and values. I will wait as long as it takes to find the one whose values coincide. Ok one more thing. I don't drive. It's a lifestyle choice for me. Something many can't fathom. But I do, and that's what matters :-) So unless you enjoy driving the distance, its best to be fairly local to visit because though I can get places, I can't get everywhere unless I call a taxi and well...that is a luxury I can't afford. If you are of sound spirit, mind, and body (most of the time) I would especially love to talk to you. If your idea of a good time doesn't involve going to a bar that gains you extra bonus points, especially because I don't drink. I probably won't be staying.... Locals seem to really love it here, or at least making the best of it. I am making the best of my temporary time here as well. But it is... temporary. I've had a dream in my mind since age 14 that I would live in NY or a vast city. I have lived on a few beaches in my life and didn't go. Up for a road trip? I'm in!
