I have also been working out for 20 years now and fitness is just a way of life for me. I was a personal trainer in college and gained an extremely great amount of valuable knowledge on how to work out effectively. I love to weight lift and jog. I have recently gotten back into surfing again and absolutely love it. I don't regret my past relationships. They have helped to shape me who I am today and pushed me to excel.
