I am currently got a divorce after 15 years of marriage. I have not been out on a date in a long time and do not have any idea of how this all works anymore. If we chat or talk for a while first then later have a date and it does not work, let us tell each other and not to waste the others time but we may have just made a good friendship *** if it does work that would be all the better.Okay this part is added after 2 months of being out here on the web trying to find the company of a nice and good looking gentleman. I now I feel the need to be a bit more specific because after 42 years of life I sort of know a bit of what I am looking for and not looking for. And I realize that dating at 40 something is nothing like it was 20 years ago. I would prefer a man who actually wants a relationship in every sense, not just the intamacy part. I also prefer someone between 36 to 47. I would like them to be around with me growing old together. I also do not have an issue with interracial relationships, but just not for me. I also don't get how some of the gentleman on this site say they want a reltionship although they say they are quite busy, they don't have a lot of time, their time is precious. Well a relationship is going to require time. I get that we have kids, jobs, hobbies etc, but if you aren't willing to share that with someone else then why bother? If you think this is too harsh I am sorry, but why waste time trying to find someone for all the wrong reasons. I still have hope that I will find a companion in life. I would like to take weekend afternoon and maybe go to a park and talk and walk. Of course this really only works in the warmer 3 seasons of the year. We would have to find something else to do in the winter months.
