I sit outside almost every day and watch my neighbors work together in their yard . they are in their mid 70's and it is so amazing how in sync they are with every thing they do. Hi! Here are a few tidbits about me....I have gotten serious about working out over the last year. I workout at least 6 days a week. I may hike, bike, blade, jog, or hit a crossfit class.
