You have to put work into it. I will never weigh what I once did. I seriously think who was that person????? 4 years later I gained some weight back. I stopped working at it and I am up a little more than I want to be you have to work harder the older you get So I am back at it again I am very very focused. It is time to be Wonder Women again I love her. I hope by year end to have my body in the best shape it has ever been or die in the gym trying. . Anything is achievable with your mind and staying at it. :) I currently work out 6 days a week. I am a horrible dinner date unless it is sushi Sashimi . I rarely cheat with anything fun so I suck at dinner dates. I Do Not *** I Appreciate the mail trust me I read everything. So if I don't *** my Thank you.
