First off, I hate this "describe yourself" part. I am a professional, clean cut, good guy in search of another good guy to get to know and see what happens and take it from there. A good first date can be as simple as meeting in a nice restaurant for dinner and following that dinner with some good "get to know you" conversation. I try to get the most out of life. I work hard during the week and try to spend my weekends doing as much as I can.
