I also blade when I am able to in the Summer and beach volleyball is also right up there with my loves of Summer. I also eat fairly clean with a cheat day every week to keep the sanity in check. I don’t mind social drinks either now and then.I have my daughter who is 12 now, half the time, on an every other day type schedule which has worked for us for a decade now.
