Well here goes the talking about myself... lol. Lets start with ...I love family and friends. I have a Group of about 10 girlfriends that I've known since fourth grade. My cousins and I are very close as well as my family. I also have two nephews that I just adore. I work a regular 8 to 5 job..I absolutely love what I do for living. Which is as an orthopedic technician .I like watching sports and going to games as much as i can. My favorites are hockey, basketball and baseball. Don't want to break any records or paint the city red. I just want the simple things that are within easy reach, yet are overlooked.Ultimately I want to find someone for a long-term relationship. Things I dream about: Living by the ocean one day. Or in a Mediterranean country. Having a house with a backyard/garden. And lots of skylights. In the last years I realized I like cars a lot, especially classic ones. So add that to the list. Traveling more.I am educated, intelligent, a little on the impatient side. I choose to be true to myself and my feelings and I might act on impulse. I am however very disciplined and have a good head on my shoulders. Open mind and open heart.I know what I like/want and I can be particular about those things, even if I tend to get carried away easily.Low tolerance for games and people who take the easy way out.I see dating as a means to an end, not as a social/sampling activity. I am looking for something with potential to go somewhere... real friendship is always an option, casual dating is definitely NOT.Ready for something exciting to happen, but also enjoying peace and quiet indoors.Love travel and nature, but not a fan of the sleeping in the woods experience. But, I will take my time in meeting someone, quality vs. quantity. Good company can make any activity spectacular, just as mediocre company can spoil the most special situations.If I contact you first, I am simply showing interest and opening the door for communication. I would still like the man to be the man and do the sweeping off my feet part... A bit old-fashioned that way ;)I don't use the chat feature, and definitely won't respond to messages limited to "hi" or "hello".Or to meet-me notifications. So if you are interested in establishing some communication, make an effort to actually transmit a thought, emotion or something ...please write more than "hi, how are you".Also - and this will sound terrible - , even though I love all animals, I prefer not to have pets living in my (or your) house. Especially dogs. I know, not very nice of me, but that's how it is. I like a clean house, one that smells good, is inviting and doesn't make you want to turn around and run. This is based on previous experience. If you can prove me wrong, I am willing to keep an open mind about it :)
