I am paid to analyze and fix problems at work so don't be surprised when i try to do this at home, it doesn't always work out the same but at least you will know where it's coming from. ;) I don't think any relationship is perfect you have to work at it, here's how i look at it.. Teams don't just happen to be high performing it takes time, understanding, respect and knowing what they expect of you and you expect from them and if your willing to give that or compromise. That's what i think makes a relationship work bc there is always gonna be something life isn't always smooth sailing and emotions aren't always rational.
