You don't have to want to parent them, and in fact, very few people I've dated have met them, but somehow I'll know if you cringe when you hear them sword fighting while were on the phone. They keep me busy; yes, I'm the woman pulling up to the stop light drinking coffee as I brush my hair, throwing granola bars and toothbrushes to the backseat as we drive to school. The kids stay with their Dad every other weekend which is how I get my free time.Things are peaceful around here, but all work and no play makes mom a bit crabby. :) Go for dinner, drink wine, and laugh a lot...it is not what we do, but how we connect as we do it.
