Not a super quiet super romantic place or at a place where you have to yell to talk to each other. Someplace casual, inexpensive and friendly. I don't need to be impressed with money and fancy things (though little surprises are nice on occasion). After dinner, maybe walk around a shopping center and people watch a little then grab ice cream of coffee.
