I joined the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge and have lost 80 lbs and counting. I like my curvy figure but I also want to be healthy. I am very active. Forget what hurt you but never forget what it taught you.I'm never quite sure what to write and I'm not going to create a bunch of BS, which you usually find out to be false anyway.
