Hmm...what about me.. It seems funny to write and describe oneself in several paragraphs. I am a private person. I lost my husband over a year ago and I find myself ready to "kick up my heels" a bit. I have three great kids that are back and forth because of school. My husband and I were very happy. I am not interested in someone that is still processing or mourning a loss from divorce or passing. I am in the present and ready for what my future holds. I am looking for someone who is well educated (secondary education at least) interested and interesting, enjoys the art of conversation and spirited debate. He must love going on adventures with me and being flexible is key. I love to read in general but in particular my Sunday NYT and my New Yorker, eat wonderful food, being on the go/exercise, my work, music (all kinds) and spending time in social situations. My man must be funny, honest to a fault, well mannered, cultured and have a biting wit with a dash of irreverence. I grew up in Southern California and enjoy the sun, the out of doors and especially the Pacific Ocean. The arts are huge for me. I am extremely well traveled and cultured but I also own, breed and show AQHA horses; therefore able to enjoy getting "outdoorsy" too! I am a happy person and I love to laugh. I am looking for friendship first of all, if there is a spark..all the better. I am a liberal but have found myself on both sides of late. I value honesty, humor, intelligence, kindness, hard work, fun, and laughter. If this seems like a fit...send me a note!
