so this is me in a nut shell: i am a single mom of three amazing kids. i am a full time student at the local university. i have rediscovered my passion for photography... FILM (but i won't do weddings). i have a loud, loving, obnoxious, in-your-business-with-good-intentions, caring family that has been my rock and reality check the past two years. i love all kinds of music and can't stand music snobs! love all sorts of movies, but i'm a sucker for a good chick-flick or happy ending. my favorite thing to do to unwind is sit on a poarch swing and just watch the sun set (too bad i don't have a porch swing where i live)... i do have an ex that is very much a part of my life because of the kids, but ending things on friendly terms makes it not as bad. i'm not quitting school again, so right now (maybe), i'm not looking for anything too serious.... yet..... i always say going to a sporting event is a good first date because you can really learn a lot about someone by how they are at the game. doesn't have to be a professional game, but at least one where a favorite or local team is playing. if there is no game to go to, (wait for it....) bowling. i know! sounds corny, but again, you can learn a lot about a person through this simple game. if that isn't in the cards, love going on hikes, exploring old places, most anything outdoors is wonderful. i'm not a huge fan of the summer heat or the winter chill... but during the fall and spring... perfect time to go outside!

These things always end up sounding so cheesy....but I'm guessing the best way to do this is just be as upfront as possible. I'm an intelligent, professional, and active person with a great group of friends. I enjoy everything from sporting events and a cold beer to the symphony and a nice glass of wine. Music is my passion; I love to get out and listen to local bands mostly bands that would be considered indie rock (NO “new country” music lovers PLEASE, it just won't work). Currently I am focused on my career and school. Originally I attended college for theater and music but right now I'm working on my MBA.
