Outgoing, thoughtful, cute girl looking for that "right" guy to spend time with... STILL!!.. but I guess he's okay too), music, friends, relaxing (& not so relaxing) outdoor weekend activities. I love doing the Sunday NY Times crossword - maybe you do too?I will pick your brain, make you laugh, and call you out when you're full of BS... that's just the way it is. Fair is fair - I guess you can do the same to me.Sorry guys, but I'm not too fascinated by Harleys, hot rods, hardheads, hooligans or halfwits! I know I should put more about what I AM interested in, but by listing the things I'm not, I hope you get the picture.I do hope to feel like I'm on vacation when I'm around you... surprise me (in a good way...***New photo for the 60-something fellow who said my pics were too old for him. LOL "Some folk want their luck buttered." -

Who has the time to dedicate to find your match when you do the work/school thing? I'm not a book club girl (unless it's pathophysiology), Pinterest is NOT a dating site, and the produce section at the grocery store has not produced. So, I'm revisiting the sport of fishing. This is not my first attempt - but you live and you learn, right?A few of my favorite things... My daughters - they are strong, funny, confident women. I LOVE sports, including a borderline obsession with football. I probably like football more than you. And tailgating. No matter what the weather - it's all about the right equipment ;) Oh yea, zombies..like them too. I make an attempt to take care of myself. Hoping you do too? Once I find you, I'd like you around for as long as possible. It matters what you bring to the world, since you get what you give. I just can't seem to stop myself from staying out of school. It sounds limiting, but I make it a point to mix in some fun and not take the world too seriously.I enjoy what many of us do - Relaxing at home, being out with great friends, and relaxing at home with those great friends! I've been known to shoot a great game of pool. After taking a pet hiatus, I recently adopted a pair of kittens who quickly reminded me that life is sweeter when someone is waiting for you at home. Also, not to leave your wine glass unattended unless you have Modernistic on speed dial. I like to cook - the pace of life can be super sonic - I appreciate a good meal, a great glass of wine and meaningful conversation. I'm looking for someone different. I don't want someone who thinks exactly the same way I do? I do want someone who enjoys spending time with me, who intrigues me, excites me and who finds life and new adventures exciting. Someone who wants to grow together, tackle life as a team. Are you genuine and kind? Please be affectionate. Oh, and could you be funny? Wit and sunny sarcasm is magnetic. Nothing beats a good giggle. Except a lot of good giggles. Laughing is a daily habit, and not one that I'm willing to kick. Here's hoping you're out there! Casual dinner, drinks, laughter. And not necessarily in that order.

I have little patience for ***, but a little goofiness I can take all day!!! A real man, calm inside with a strong presence. I am new, very new at this. It is not my priority, so if you don't hear back from me...part of the reson is: I am a single mom of twin girls, 9 years old...but I will be in touch or politely let you know I am moving on.My goal is for the girls to understand what a loving relationship is between a man and a woman. I pray the damage is reversible, but I do NOT want them to make the same mistakes I have in the past. They need to see a strong, convicted, gentle, loving man with their Mommy. The guy will have to allow me, and he to catch each other's soul, through our eyes and there must be chemistry with a conviction of me being his and he being my first priority in life, and to lead side by side, with me to the most amazing front porch, where we will sit on that double rocker, hand in hand, reflecting on the life we were so graciously granted as another chance to recognize love, be loved, and love someone as it should be.I want in the end, for my girls to look at he and I and recognize how much we love each other. Is that too much to ask? Am I just a dreamer? I don't expect a smooth ride, but I do expect a champion who can still look at me at the end of the day, understand my depths, respect them, accept them and appreciate who I am, how I love and most everything about me. This is my first time out in 12 years, so I suspect there will be a few learning curves for me, however, I am no child, and find it refreshing that I am so bold writing this, and so sure of what I want for the first time in my life.Do you?;-) Deb First dates will be tough, I get all shy...especially if we have not met. Something casual...short time frame, glass of wine...and then take it from there.
