Hi! I'm Lisa. It's nice to "meet" you. Thanks for taking time to read over my profile. I asked a few of my girlfriends to describe me and these were their comments: spontaneous, funny, bubbly, energetic, passionate, fearless, and adventurous. I like my friends... They say nice things about me! ;) I would add that I'm a Midwestern girl... down to earth, reliable and trustworthy. I'm financially secure and stable. At this point in my life, I'd feel really blessed to find a man who recognizes (and values) a great thing when we share it, has the maturity and hard earned self confidence in his own skin to be a partner, if we're lucky enough to find a strong connection in the first place! I'm FUN, compassionate, patient, loyal, super affectionate, grounded genuine, ht/wt proportionate, honest at all times, silly, playful, open and communicative~ and I'm even more attractive on the inside than the outside - looks fade, wrinkles arrive and none of that matters when we're 80 something, holding hands and knowing your best friend is by your side, and has your back : ) I was married for 17 years, divorced now for 10 years, and I know it takes working together and compromise to make it through the rough spots.... I'm not a runner. I don't yell or use the silent treatment when there's a conflict - and I'm holding out for the kind of rare man who prefers to talk things through - respectfully and honestly, with the goal of resolving things and reconnecting : ) If you need to be right over reconnecting, we probably won't make a good fit.YOU: So the search continues to find my honey... you are in good shape but not a gym rat!, LOL ..emotionally available and mature, confident but not arrogant, have mutual regard for others - (you look for others' perspective in things), you're respectful, genuine, grounded, self aware and open to the option of an exclusive relationship if we get to that place. Meeting for a cup of coffee or a drink can be the perfect way to keep it light and casual at first, which makes everyone more comfortable for the initial meet and greet : ) Great way to find out if there's any chemistry or potential for a real date.
