Woman. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Virgo.
Looking for: man. In age: 46-56
I am 49, divorced and have two grown children. I work full time, days. I'm into music, most types but prefer r&b and old Motown. Enjoy all types of movies. I like camping, going for walks, tattoos and piercings. I have two dogs, Amstaffs and a cat. I am looking for someone honest and not into head games. I'm not looking to be a one night stand or the other woman. I value myself more than that. I'm not looking for anyone to look after me. I work hard and take care of myself. Calling it a date somehow puts pressure on a person. I prefer to call it a meeting. Coffee and conversation would be a good start. See if there is a connection if not we can both walk away without anyones feelings being hurt.

Woman. 47 years old. Zodiac sign: Libra.
Looking for: man. In age: 44-54
I've lived in MN for 17 years yet I still consider myself a west coast girl at heart - Comfortable in jeans and no make up, but love slipping on that little black dress and heels for a night on the town. My friends would describe me as loyal, spunky and full of life. My sense of humor is sometimes sarcastic, but never malicious in intent as I believe in uplifting people whenever possible. I am a life long learner and have a wide variety of interests including art and design (I draw and paint), being active outdoors (biking, kayaking, skiing) live music, sporting events, theater and learning about other cultures. I took a Chinese cultural class - just because. I have one daughter in college in the Twin Cities - we are a small, but close family - and family is central to me. A few of my guilty pleasures: - A weekend with no agenda and a misplaced to-do list- Walking hand in hand under a full moon- Sitting on the beach listening to the surf roll in while the sun sets on the horizon- The Phantom of the Opera- Lounging in the hammock with the water mister on and a good book in hand- Kayaking down the Kinnickinnick river- Fall holds a special place in my heart. I love the smell of fallen leaves and cuddling in front of a warm bonfire, sipping hot cider and carving pumpkins,Enough about me - a good friend of mine once said, "some people just go through life existing, but when you find someone special to love - that's really living" and I believe that to be true. I'm looking for a man who emits positive energy and is driven, yet can jump in a car on the spur of a moment to start a new adventure. A man who is confident and comfortable with who he is, takes care of himself but is not obsessed with the superficial things in life. As I am phasing into a new part in my life, it is increasingly more important to me to be with someone who wants to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. You do not need to go skydiving every weekend or be in perfect shape, but striving for good health and longevity needs to be a goal we share. Communication is also extremely important to me. I am very direct and honest and hope to find the same. I prefer to take things easy, experience the joys of dating and see how things develop from there. Interested? Send me a note - I would love to learn more about you.

I could say I love long walks on the beach in the moonlight, butterflies and glitter, well actually I do love glitter. My favorite time of the year is October through January. The holiday's bring so much warmth and great memories. My kids are all grown, but we still do things together. Family is very important to me, as mine is very little. Always up for a fun adventure, I love cooking and just being around family and friends; whether it be sitting around watching a movie, game night or going to a local event, and there are a lot of them; Looking for someone that I can share these events with and enjoy life without demands. No anger, no drama, just enjoying time together.I work out 3 times a week, am not perfect, but working toward a fitter me and loving every moment of it. We're supposed to talk about our goals and what makes "me" unique. At my age, it has become important and a need to make a difference in someone else's life, whether it be one or a million and one. Although I have been in the Finance Industry for 25 years and I realize putting people into homes is making a difference, but my desire is on a more personal level. So, I decided three years ago that I would go back to school to get a higher education in Human Services Management/Psychology. It has been a complete challenge, but change is GOOD. Perhaps the underlying purpose, as Mahatma Gandhi says it best "The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others".....Does this make me unique? I hope not. It would be nice to hang out, have dinner, maybe play some cards or a little pool, drink some wine, watch a movie, laugh or have a cup of coffee
