Partner's Sexual Past: Easy to Overcome?

Sexual past doesn't matter for the majority of people. That was revealed in the course of the survey, held from 8/25/14 to 12/5/14. Meetville (dating app to find the right person) posed the following question “Is your partner's sexual past important for you?” The results indicate that 63% don’t care about past sexual relationships of their partners.

Those polled numbered 66,249. From the USA - 53%, from Canada 5%, from Britain - 13%, Australia – 6% and other countries – 23%.

Scott Alden, a famous blogger, states: “There’s no way around it — the person you’re dating probably had sex with someone else before they had sex with you. Maybe a lot of people. Maybe in wild, kinky ways that you thought only happened in the most secret clubs in Bangkok. Maybe they lived in Bangkok. In any case, if you want to be involved with this person, it’s your responsibility to get over it. No one’s going to say that it’s easy to deal with your partner’s sexual past, especially if it’s more colorful than your own.” Although it may be hard to overcome, there are certain positive aspects of this issue. Scott Alden points out: “Dating someone who’s had lots of sex could mean they’re better at sex. Consider yourself lucky that someone else got the brunt of their awkward phase.”
