Every little girl dreams of having the most beautiful wedding ceremony ever. This 5-year-old girl Sofia made her dreams come true.

Unfortunately, half of her life Sofia has spent in hospitals trying to beat her genetic heart defect. So, when it came to fulfilling her dream, Sofia's parents made everything they could to make it perfect. And look how happy and beautiful she is!

“That’s all she wanted in the world, to marry the love of her life,” said Sofia's mom, Kristy

Kirsty managed all the wedding preparations and contacted the photographer Marisa to make a photo shooting. For her great surprise, Marisa made this photo session for free and said she was "only happy to help".

She wanted to have a dream wedding and “marry” her best friend, Hunter

The "groom" is a son of Sofia's parent's friends. They've met when they were just 3 and since then were totally in love with each other. “She met a best friend and love of her life at 3 who does,” said Kristy.

Even though now Sofia is waiting for a new open-heart surgery, this day was surely the happiest day of her life. And not everyone is lucky enough to find and marry the love of her life.
