This past year has been one of incredible changes in my life. From job promotions, moves, to overhauling my lifestyle. Hi there!I'm not one to talk about myself too much, I'd much rather learn about other people! However, I do enjoy meeting new people, I am easy-going, outgoing and yet still a little shy at times. I get along well with pretty much everyone I meet and I find it easy to make new friends. I am a very caring person, which is probably why I ended up working in health care as a Dietitian. That being said, it's probably no surprise that I am a health-conscious person and really truly believe that healthy eating, activity and positive mental health is one of the major keys to happiness.
