It would seem that finding that best friend and companion to share life with is more challenging than I had origionally thought...lol Apparently being a 26 year old woman that is witty, sweet, independant and goal oriented is not for everyone. In all seriousness i'm not an unrealistic person I am well aware that things dont just happen overnight I'm not willing to rush into things to settle down but what I would like is to work on building and friendship next maybe date and from there if there seems to be that spark why not see if we share the capability to build more....if its not there then lets call it what it is...time spent meeting someone new and taking the time to learn someone elses unique view of the world...I'm fun outgoing love to laugh and make ppl laugh...I can be a homebody but at the same time I fully enjoy exploring the beautiful province I live in and beyond..A few simple things that I'd require of someone I'm looking for is that you have a job(I know to normal ppl this sounds a little ridiculous but you'd be surprised ;P ), not party persistently( i enjoy a good party like the best of them but theres a time and a place). Really just feeling like getting out there and trying something new ! Kind of exhausted my resources on finding new people and thought what could this hurt so here I am. I grew up playing outside and it is where I thrive. I love wild spaces and feel so lucky to live in a part of the world with some of the best. Cities are great for socialising, music and culture, but I like open, faraway places. Some days I think I might try staying put for a moment or two, and then all of a sudden a new adventure has formed and I'm off and away again. I hate writing these things. Worst.I don't know what I'm looking for exactly from this - I just know that I am looking. If that makes sense? Someone who desires to grow in their life - be it family, friends, God, work, whatever - that's important. Being stagnant in life is easy, but pointless in my opinion. Family is pretty important, as are friends. Most of my closest friends are married with kids, I'm an honorary Auntie to many, so if you don't like kids then let's not waste your time!i'm crazy about all things nautical and oceanic, but I don't sail or dive (not for lack of desire though). I LOVE whales...I'm outdoorsy in that I love the sun and walkabouts, photography, and having a drink on the patio but if you're looking for a hike/snowboard buddy those things are not regulars in my repertoire - although I could be persuaded to do more of such activities certainly.I sing a lot. As in all the time. I'm really into useless knowledge. I like useful knowledge too. I'm intrigued by space and conspiracy theories. I'm a tad boisterous - was voted Most Likely to Die Laughing in high school, but I'm quiet sometimes too, depends on the mood. I read books like a crazy person. I've been trying to learn to knit for years and still can't. Same with speaking Italian. So that shows...perseverance at continually not-succeeding. At least I try right?
