A little about myself... I love to sing, and I currently run a DJ/KJ company. I am going back to school for Occupational Therapy, and am focused on being there for my 3 beautiful children. A quality person is just that dispute what package they come in. I am looking for someone who is goal oriented and can find a balance between career and personal time. There is no sense in working hard if you don't take the time to reap the rewards. It does not matter what kind of job you have, as long as your job requirements don't include cheating, stealing or lying to make a buck on the job. I am secure in who I am and where I am in life. I own my own home and I defiantly do not want to be someones "Princess"!! I am not a grily girl and tend to be "one of they guys" I would much rather be living my life than sitting in a salon for 3 hours talking about the latest episode of Oprah. Its all in ones ability to handle it in a mature and productive way. 7th I don't have time for bullsh*t and you will be promptly dismissed if you start serving it up. 8th If you can't handle blunt honesty I am not for you.... 9th I am not as hard as I sound, I am quite affectionate and loving but I don't freely pass it out to those that don't deserve it. 10th I am a political junkie.... you don't have to be but it helps. If you prefer skank over substance keep looking...... *** Anything but a movie date... Its the worst way to try to get to know someone!!Is it just me or is this a stupid question?

Honestly, this is all a little weird to me. Not your typical girl, I can't stand drama or all that goes with it. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff. I've been told by many friends that the best thing to put on a personal profile is what it is you are looking for. So here goes. I’m looking for my best friend who is financially stable and can make me laugh. Too much drama for anyone, I can’t believe I stayed as long as I did. Anyways, so I’m still adjusting to the new job but it’s going great. I’ Kinda sad as I've lived in MO my whole life but I need a change and this is part of it. I’m really looking forward to my new place.Let’s see what else. I’m really close to my family. I tend to go home to Mid-MO about once a month or so, usually for holidays or birthdays. We’re all spread out now, so it’s nice that we can all travel to the midpoint, ie my parent’s house. I also have a good group of friends, ranging from acquaintances to the “2 am friends” that you can call if you really need them and they’ll be there. I love hanging out with them and try to see them as much as possible, either one on one or as a group is always fun.I like to do lots of various activities. KC is big on the happy hour scene, so that’s fun. I do drink but usually only ***drinks when I go out. If you tend to get drunk a lot to the point of passing out or blacking out, please keep moving. Been with that and have NO desire to go back. I also enjoy going to the movies, art museum, going to concerts, bowling, piano bar, attending sport events, going for a walk, riding my bike, working out, etc. I also enjoy trying new things. I had a blast just watching and enjoying the crashes. As much as I enjoy being outside (especially in the spring and fall), I also enjoy just staying home and relaxing on the couch or grilling with friends over.There is tons more I could tell you but if you like what you've read so far, then please message me so we can start chatting (very important before meeting in person).
