Hello,This will be short and sweet... I'm looking for a "nice" man who knows how to make time to enjoy what life has to offer. Other than working, spending time with family and friends I have no real hobbies. In the summertime I really enjoy being outside gardening or just relaxing in the nice warm weather. I've been hurt just like everyone else but I'm not bitter or jaded and I'm not afraid of having feelings for someone. I do think friendship first is the key to any successful relationship. I like to be comfortable and be myself. I like to be silly, I can be corny, I'm a clutz, I have blonde moments but I'm intelligent, and sometimes I'm just a dork. I'm very sweet and thoughtful. I think surprising someone is more exciting for me than who I surprise. I'm a pretty good cook, too. So if you're going to drink a protein shake instead of eating the chicken fried steak and gravy I make, there will definitely be a problem. Looks are only part of what attracts me to someone. In other words, I really don't want to date a pretty pet rock. II've probably watched too much Dateline, Who the Bleep Did I Marry, Dates Gone Wrong and so on - I'm a little skeptical and will have to talk to someone a little while before agreeing to make a date. I guess if you're a serial killer then you'll have to work a little to kill me. I understand the laws of attraction but if all you can think of to discuss with me are my boobs or butt, you will probably get ignored. I'm not trying to be harsh, just being honest and saving you some time.

....well there a quite a few superficial qualities I can type in here to detail what I’m looking for in a partner, but honestly, a lot of guys I’ve dated have not had them and I still felt very lucky to have been with them. For instance, I’m not into football but if he is, then I can definitely open myself up to the experience. Many years ago, I even came to like bird watching. I didn’t sport the binoculars like he did, but I came to enjoy the beauty of hikes in the GA mountains and having a simple lunch on a huge rock. Guys that are silly are very attractive. Being silly means keeping the kid alive and I’m all for that :) Well, there's the meet 'n greet and then there's the first date.........different events :) I think for a meet 'n greet sitting down for a drink is a good ice-breaker.
