I am a normal kind of guy who enjoys many things. I like to go out and have fun but I also like to relax. I have a Bachelor of the Arts Degree with a certification in secondary English Education. I plan on getting my Masters in education and I hope to do something in educational law. I'm a die hard Phillies fan even when they are awful. I have my own place and car but no kids. Cole cd and getting into some jazz as well. I was hurt after a 3 and a half year relationship and am ready to get back into the dating world. I am new to the online dating scene and never thought i would have to do it but here i am. I am looking for someone with whom I can build a strong relationship. I want a girl I can get to know and who enjoys the little things. I do believe in the old codes of chivalry and I love to take care of my girl. If I have the money and you want something I will buy it for you. I have always been that way. I like going out and having fun but I also like staying in and watching a movie and cuddling. **update-before reading any further...if you plan on hanging out the first time we ever meet at my house, and not in a neutral, comfortable place for both of us, that kinda throws up a red flag for me. Not my style and if you would have read the rest of my profile you most likely would see that**I am 26, trying to figure out how I am going to use this new teaching degree I have acquired from WKU lol. I have tried the online dating thing to no avail, and thought I would give it another shot. I really like doing things outdoors, but also like to do fun things indoors and love to go see scary movies by myself. If you never have done it, you should try it!I like all different types of guys from farm boy to business suits and clean cut or tatted with their own style. I don't particularly like really skinny guys or overweight. You dont have to have a six pack and a huge chest, but at least look decent with your shirt off lol. Not intended to be shallow-and I know I am not some super model-but it's just my preference :/ I also like motorcycles and as long as you have a helmet I can wear, I most likely will ride on yours with you! I am a self proclaimed nerd. I work at a non-profit organization teaching school kids about the environment and how they fit into it. Every once is awhile I find myself doing something on the weekend that I did at work a few days earlier. Not a bad life.However, I live in a small town and it is difficult to meet new people. All the folks I run into on my weekend "nerding" trips are retirees who can now give more time to their hobbies. I don't go to bars, unless there's a good band playing. I am an early to bed, early to rise type of person. I would rather get up really early to go on a birding trip than stay out late at a party. I will admit that I tried the online dating thing once before and made a few good friends. I'm going to try again to form new friendships and possibly find something a little more. My first goal is to find someone who is willing to drive a little bit out of the way to find a rare bird or check out some old growth forest. Goal number two is a long term relationship with someone who I'm attracted to. So I'm working on goal number one now. Want to join me? The first date would have to be someplace public, just in case you are crazy. Food is always good, I'm gluten free so finding good food out is always awesome. I like to stay outside as much as possible, so maybe a hike through the woods or just sitting by the ocean (after I know you're not crazy).
