As with everyone on this site, there is so much more to me than meets the eye. If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am a fun-loving, active, real (genuine personally and physically), kind and classy woman who is looking for a man with similar qualities. Although I have nothings against drinking in moderation/socially, I do not drink often or much and don't need it to relax or have fun. I hope you have a similar attitude. The best thing in my life is my children. I have two boys who really bring it and I am very proud to call them mine. They are older and although we do things together, I do have time to make new friends and to date.Although I am not looking for a saint, and don't claim to be one myself, I am looking for a good man... I am looking for a relationship with a man who is single and a classy gentleman. I prefer a strong man of good character (meaning you TRY(not expecting perfection) to do the right thing even when no one is watching) someone who I can respect who is available emotionally, stable, smart, fun, and fit. It would be great if he is on the tall side,(or at least taller than me) as I am 5'6", slender and have been told I have a ballet dancer's but with curves body. This does not mean that I am all seriousness, as I love to be light hearted and to have fun too! I am a true believer in the healing power of laughter. I believe we are all here for a reason and that life is meant to be enjoyed. Look for the positive and find joy in the journey....Life is very much a journey not a destination....I want..........to thrive not just survive! And have FUN!As far as music goes, I love all different kinds. Listening to music and going out to hear bands, concerts, etc. is a wonderful thing and so is a night out dining, dancing, people watching, seeing a play as well as a night in watching movies, cooking a meal together or playing board games and cuddling by a fire... now whats not to like about that?Just so you know.... here comes the part where I spray my "Player, Faker and Flaker Be-Gone".....LOL ...I am easy to get along with and I am all about mutual respect, consideration, compassion, open and honest communication, earned trust, kindness and of course, playfulness(fun). Relationships should be two people who not only enjoy each others company but have fun together. A man can expect to be treated that way by me. I expect the same from him. If you don't, you will see my sassy side.... as well as my back side ; ) walking away from you pretty fast. It goes both ways.....I adore a man with some sass and class who respects himself and others and is only into playing fun games like Scrabble, etc... not head games. I hope the pond has been treating you well :) Another fabulous fall is upon us, my favorite season, bring on the snuggles!! ;) lol take the time to enjoy!Ok here I go...about me...as described by friends "kind, passionate about life and the people in it, generous, thoughtful, sensitive if you get to know her"...there is one there if you look..sure sh*t happens, but it often makes us stronger and we might actually learn a lesson or two from it. So what makes me tick.. enjoy cooking and eating, always best when shared with someone special.....there is something to be said about a man comfortable in the kitchen....nice very nice ;), sharing time and experiences with someone who shares similar thoughts and ideas. No fear in doing my own thing, but so much better when enjoyed by two. I enjoy checking out something new. Love being outdoors playing team sports, camping (yes...with a tent) or sitting around a campfire with friends sharing a cool beverage. I also love to visit new areas checking out local wares and treasures and fortunately just as comfortable in the formal arena ....what a joy to be able to enjoy the variety life brings!Keeping active is important...so I can enjoy great food and beverages when the mood strikes ;) Love team sports..the days of competitive sports have grown into quality times enjoying sports with good friends...a great game is always best reviewed over a cold beverage afterwards. I have recently joined the local gym and pleasantly surprised how much I enjoy it going at least 3x/week. Trying to be healthy is important to me but I am far from a health nut ;)! Most importantly staying healthy and active to enjoy fun times with my two boys. Yes, staying at home and catching a movie with a glass of wine is nice...but not a homebody. I enjoy going out to meet people, having friends in, checking out community activities (it never fails to amaze me how much we have going on in our own backyard and we rarely check it out), even going for a walk somewhere new. Doesn't need to be glamorous or even glorious, just interesting.I am guilty of helping others...one of my true life loves...will drop things to help out a friend or family member. Glory is not my thing, just to be there and offer support when needed is all I need.Love to laugh (yes, I am almost always smiling), can't tell a joke to save my life, but willing to keep trying :)poor you. Don't ask me to sing or play *** I am happy to listen and cheer others on! A good beat goes a long way! I love all kinds of music if it is good, a little bit of everything.
