I'm an easygoing person who luvs doing things with my kids,and would luv to share some time with a man of the same interests. I am finishing school within the next 2 years and will have my LPN degree.As of right now,i have my Medical Assistant degee.I am working in ffood until i get my car.It will be alot easier and definitely more convenient for when i get back in my field and just for life in general.Right now it's so hard for me to rely on transportation from friends and take cabs because i am so independent! I have had a cold for two weeks now,and just starting to get over it.I am honestly not on this site very often for the fact that i will not be able to drive for approx.***months and it is a downer for me,for i love to drive!I am not back in my field for which i have a degree in(medical)because again,i'm waiting to get a car.I am currently just working *** restaurant,which,unfortunately is not letting me make n save for my nice car and get back in my field of work!(catch 22 situation!)That's another reason that i'm not responding so quick!I'm independent and would feel 100% together when i'm driving again!Will talk to the sweet gentleman who have replied to my ad shortly!=) Also,i'm having alot of reponses from people that live very far from me.I did specify in the area here that asks you how far would you want to travel,but,i guess it doesn't show on my profile.So,i'm stating it here.For me that's far enough,especially because i'm looking for a serious,long term,dare i say...............forever kind of commitment! =) I think that is something that we should both agree upon. Update June ***: I am officially divorcedOk, after being on this site now on and off for a while I think it’s time for an update. A little bit of background…. Can’t help but feel that this built a strong foundation for humor and “I got your back”, if you know what I mean. Competing over food : ) and attention at the dinner table (aka jokes) has made me realize at this time in my life humor is a wonderful thing to have and I often use it to get through some of the tougher times. Not to say I don’t have a serious side, as I do, but I do love to laugh and enjoy making others laugh as well.I attended college in NYC for Graphic Design and still do freelance work as a Graphic Artist from home. The great thing about this is that I do get to spend a lot of time with my 10 year old & 13 year old. They come first and if your kids are over 18 and you do not want to date someone with younger children I completely understand.I am thankful for the many areas I have lived in in the US as well as overseas. Living in Guam 2x with 2 Super Typhoons under my belt has given me some life experiences that I would not trade. While living in Guam I had the good fortune to be a buyer for a gift shop which once again the travel and the people that I met on my trips make me realize I am privy to some things that some people will never know nor understand. I love being outside and actually enjoy doing yard work. The beach is and will always be a favorite place to go. Love the arts and enjoy diverse conversation.As stated in my original profile, I do not think this is a perfect science. I do believe that it is a combination of personality, chemistry and enjoying each other’s company. And a we bit of a crapshoot if you will. Timing plays a role as well. Looking to be friends first and see if any of the combos are working on both sides. I don’t discount a relationship but am not in any type of rush whatsoever…Ok, that all being said….
