I like to fish,summertime fun is always a blast, taking dogs for a walk, and many more things-cookouts I'm a good cook-not a chef but i get the dinner on the table. I joined the military in1989 served til 1992-desert storm veteran-got out with an honorable discharge-medical problems but the military takes care of my needs. Three dogs-Beagle(Snoopy)=Yorkie(Bella)=Chi-Chi(Benji), they'r spoiled and very protective-they'll have to get use to you-they tend to that really fast-one Benji is the hold one. I like to be real with people-no lies, no drama, no what ever goes on with every body else's life. Don't like to be in other people's problems or whatever people want to call it. I'm more of a tomboy-no make up-short hair-not a control freak-would like a woman that is more girlie=make up-nails-all the trimmings. I've always worked and I would like a person that also works. Music love country-Reba-I do listen to other music also. All u women who like to play games please do not answer-need a mature LADY ! also if we do commmunicate n u don't like what u hear or whatever the excuse is let me know at that time- I am a butch so go from there. I work a lot of hours and I do not have the typical Mon. - Fri. 9-5 job, so it is hard to get out and meet new people. I have been in the same job for 21 years now and have actually learned to deal with the hours. I do like to get out and enjoy my free time when I have it. I have been in 2 long term relationships and a couple of short ones and would like to find someone that could turn into a long term realationship again. I do not plan to jump into anything with anyone over night. I hope to meet someone that I can get to know, realize how much we have in common, and someone who will bring new interest as well. I am a very loyal to my friends, family, work, and that special somone. I believe in blunt honesty no matter what the subject is. I am nowhere near perfect and would never expect that from anyone else as long as honesty is there. I enjoy a nice trip to the beach, but a cabin in the snow covered mountains would be my favorite. I do love to travel and hope to do much more. I have recently started enjoying art and music festivals and try to attend as many as I can. I enjoy just about any music but lean toward singer/songwriters in small venue. VERY casual. If I had the option, I would actually like to skip the first date. Not that I don't enjoy getting to know someone, it is just a nerve racking situation at times. That is why I prefer it to be casual. First meeting - yes that is a better term :) ....meeting at a local restaurant with an outdoor patio, enjoying a glass of wine or cold craft beer and some appetizers wearing the most comfortable jeans I own.
