I'm a passionate, energetic, athletic person who loves to explore new places, learn new things, and experience new adventures. I'll try almost anything once. In relationships I tend to be an open book. I'm honest and upfront with my thoughts and feelings and I prefer my partner be the same way. Few things are more frustrating to me than someone who is overly guarded or non-communicative. Traveling is a HUGE passion of mine and my favorite trips are typically around water in some state; I can find adventure anywhere so, come to think of it, I don't think I've ever taken a trip I didn't enjoy. Exercise and sports are also an important part of my life. I work out regularly and am seeking someone who makes a healthy lifestyle a priority as well. While not a fan of TV, I am an ardent Spartan and Wings fan, so I do spend an occasional afternoon or evening watching whatever game is in season. I can throw a pretty mean spiral too! All that said, by far the most important part of my life is my family. I'm fortunate to have a very close family and 2 wonderful children (ages 14 and 10) who I absolutely adore and am having a blast raising. Simply put, I'm looking for an active, adventurous, open, educated, physically fit, together person with similar interests who likes to have fun. I love to laugh and find a sense of humor infinitely attractive. Beyond that, I believe that things either click or they don't so it's difficult to define a good match any further...you just know it when you feel it. I find that chemistry reveals itself within minutes of meeting someone, so I prefer drinks/coffee/something casual the first time around.

Snowball fights, sliding down a hill on a sled is still super fun, getting pulled behind a snowmobile on a sled, pulled behind a boat on a tube (having death grip bcuz climbing back on gets harder after every fall), running thru sprinkler with my niece and nephews, hiding somewhere in the house trying to scare the daylights out of you and everything else in between. I am a professional and act appropriately in any situation I encounter. I can do a lot of things myself, but does not mean I wouldn't like help sometimes. I am not materialistic and enjoy life as it comes. A person needs to be happy with what they have, no matter how little or much it costs. It should only matter to YOU what you have. I don't need a man in my life to make me happy because I love my life. However, it would be wonderful to have someone to share exciting, sad, memorable etc moments. Telling yourself how amazing something is okay, but does not quite cut it. LOL. Having someone to compliment me not complete me. Being a volunteer at church has been an amazing experience. Spending time with Senior Citizens at Christmas was a wonderful feeling. Thanks for reading my profile. Growing up in that area of the country has given me a good work ethic and a down to earth, non-pretentious attitude. I like nice things, but I am not into labels and material possessions. I spend my time and money on vacations, fun experiences and good food and wine. I am close with my family and have some really great friends. I'm low key, no drama and like to laugh, be silly and of course have a good time. I can be serious and analytical at times, but I try to keep that to a minimum. It's just not fun!!!I work in sales, but I definitely work to live, not live to work. In my free time I like to travel, cook, swim, walk the greeway with my dog, ride my bike, work around my house, read, relax, watch movies, pamper myself, volunteer my time, have dinner in or out with friends and go to the Y for pilates or yoga. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking weekend road trips to the beach or the mountains. I'm definitely more of a mountain person. I also like going to the movies, theater or sporting events. I am a BIG fan of traveling. I have learned so much from my international travel and it definitely has made me enjoy the simple things in life.Have you seen the movie On Golden Pond? I am a happy, bubbly person. I like to think I am easy to talk to - I am easy going and I love to laugh. I worked really hard to raise my daughter, who is a now college-student, while going to school and building a career myself. Now that the nest is semi-empty, I am having fun finding new things to get into. 13.5 hours is an ambitious goal for a voluptuous girl like me, but I DID IT!
