It's ok if you have kids too as long as you are available on the weekends. Kids come first and I don't expect to take your time away from yours either. If the chemistry is there great, if not then we can both move on. Chemistry or attraction is very important, it's either there or not. I'm not a super model but I work out and swim so I expect someone who takes care of themselves as well. You also need to have a job, place and a vehicle.
